2.3 Refunds: If a replacement is not feasible or desired, a refund for the defective, damaged, or incorrect item will be issued following the same process as outlined in the “Returns” section above.

3. Pre-shipment video confirmation: We understand the importance of ensuring that you receive the correct items in good condition. Therefore, before shipping your order, we send you a video confirmation of the package to assure you that we are sending the right products.
